Dealership does not honor their own coupons that are mailed. Was told its because they are a different franchise however the address on the mailer was their address. False information and advertising.
Rep would not give me a break down on price while on the phone, gave me 2 quotes and wound up being even more at the end. $1000 + $2000 out the door should include taxes. 1000+2000+109=3109, not $3,700. Would not give any work order information over the phone after many calls. Oh I dont have it in front of me its with your car, well its a printed work order why cant you just look at the screen in front of you.
Brought vehicle in in March for yearly service, asked them to replace running light that was blown, they did not replace it. Now, I get a notice from my VW app that the tires need to be rotated. They should have done that in March when I brought it in for the yearly inspection, I guess they forgot??? This place has horrible service.
Tried to scam me out of almost $500. I had a part that was fixed by them less than a year ago and it died, they tried not to tell me that it was the same exact part, but I had my receipt with me from the first service - in the end, I got the part fixed for free, but then they asked me to leave a positive review on the service I got. Will not go back after the experience I had.
They never called me to explain if they were able to get me finance
Roger Phipps was a terrible rude person. After explaining the issue with the acceleration issue on my 2018 Tig, and how nothing is showing up on diagnostics test, he told me nothing is wrong with it...well, i beg to differ when my car decides to not accelerate in the middle of a busy downtown Orlando intersection. Unfortunately, Stabilizer bar links replaced apart of VW warranty. about a month later, the castle nut on the sway bar link backed out, due to not being torqued to proper specification and brought free from the sway bar. Luckily it remained assembled to the Strut Tower and was not damaged. VW south installed a new nut and torqued to specification.
Waited 15 minutes at the service counter before even being acknowledged.
