VW considers sensor recalibration of ACC sensor a service for maintenance to charge customers a lot for alignment and to fix their crappy single sensor ACC system. Also forced dealers to buy 50,000 in new alignment and radar screens to fix their ACC systems.
DOESN"T ALLOW A RATING OF 1 STAR? Tire pressure monitor light came on a day after a routine service that was supposed to include tire pressure inspections. When I called them they shrugged it off and said I could return to fix the issue "if I wanted to". They hadn't checked the tires at all, even though it's included in the service contract that I paid VW for when I bought the car. They are about 65 miles from where I live. They didn't do the job they were supposed to, didn't care to apologize.
They haven't solved the issue with my car.
Mis charged me and didnt even fix the problem.

No service was performed on the date indicated. Delivery prep on 5/31 was performed, residue from transport wrapping was left behind. Required thorough detailing to fix and paint has issues.
I do not know why I have never learned not to take my VWs to this place. I have a 2019 VW GLI that I got error code P050A. I told them when the engine is cold the car sputters and when I brought it in the check engine light was even ON!!!!! I told the lady there about my issue with the car and she was polite so I left the car there and went to lunch with a friend. About 15 minutes back to my house there is a light yellow triangule on the dashboard. This indicated problems in the oil system. I had to return the next day after having been 28 days in the dealer. On the bill says promised for February 14, that is not correct every time I went to the dealer they did not know anything about what was happening.
