I was in the dealer because my rear brake was making noise. The attendant told me that this sound is normal and my breaks were good until my next service 30000 miles. My car lost the break and I lost my roads. Thanks for put my life and my family in risk. Orlando south never more!

this is the second time I have repairs done which i have to return to re-fix the issue and it is very time consuming.

I'd like to thank Jose Mendez from Parts Department for assisting and helping me finally get my order! The Service Director Rob Topping doesn't seem to care about his customers' satisfaction. He has failed to complete my order within a promised time frame. Instead of 2-3 days I was waiting for the part for 2-3 weeks. Every time I called to check the status of my order, I was told there was no such order in the system. Then, Jose has ordered the part for me and I received it the next day.
