We were visiting from out of town and took our family to Panevino for Christmas dinner. Service was excellent; professional and engaging. Food was generally great. I had one of the Christmas special dishes, a lamb ossobucco, which was delicious and perfectly prepared. My wife ordered the cinghiale sausage pasta, which was fine, but the sausage was prepared like a typical sweet italian sausage, so the spices covered up most of the flavors of the wild boar. Delicious authentic Italian food and excellent service! 2nd time at this location and both times I was extremely impressed, a must repeat.
We were visiting San Diego with our three children. We had a wonderful dinner here. I had the cioppino with gluten free pasta and it was outstanding! My older kids each ordered a pizza and it is definitely large enough to share. The portions are substantial and the fold is just delicious!
Family Christmas dinner. We got a variety of dishes including ravioli, sea bass, lamb shank and gnocchi with lobster. The food was delicious and well-seasoned. It was definitely a great place to spend Christmas dinner at.

The food was very good and the servings very generous. The wait staff were pleasant; attententive without being intrusive. Definitely will return.
We were very impressed with the welcoming and hospitable service we received at Osteria Panevino. The wedge salad was excellent and more than enough to share. We both ordered Lasagne Bolognese, and it was very good. Again, it was a large portion, and one would have sufficed, especially since we were travelling. I would have appreciated knowing this in advance.
