Heard good things about service but we didn't have good service. Probably due to it being so packed but a couple who sat after us 3 feet away was attended probably twice as much as our table.
Authentic cuisine. Attentive staff. One of the best in town!!!
Very good food. Great service. Only complaint would be the wedge salad had way too much dressing.

I found the reviews on open table to be mostly accurate. The carbonara was very good. I find that many restaurants cannot match our own recipe, but it was very creamy with great flavor. The meat and cheese appetizer was very good. Overall, a very good restaurant which I would visit again when in town.
Came back when recently in town, because it was so good the first time. I wasn't disappointed! Service was again outstanding and the food wad perfect. There was nothing left on the plate for any of us! I'll be going again, every time I am in San Diego!!!!
Service was excellent. Food was so ok.
The staff was outstanding. The food was great my lasagna was just like eating in Rome No one left hungry great portions. I have enjoyed my experience every time I have been to Panevino's.
