The staff was friendly, however our server only checked on us once & was slow coming back when it was time for us to pay. The food was mediocre at best. The Chilean Sea Bass said pan seared but had more of a burnt taste to it. The bread was also somewhat burnt.
Over price and the potion of food doesn’t look same from any of pictures.
The food was fairly good! The restuarant was extremely noisy! Someone was on the patio smoking pot! The neighborhood was scary!
Food is very overpriced. Service was less than perfect- did not refill our drinks and only passed by our table quickly. Not very friendly. I’ve been here before and everything was better the first time. Will not come back. Disappointed all around. And the place is too crowded with tables- hard to get in and out of seats.
Nice place. Ambiance was very good, lighting was just right (Dinner @ 9pm) service was solid. My wife loved the Caesar salad. I ordered the Osobuco, and I will be honest, I was not particularly impressed. For $50, I should be served a robust shank (size and flavor) and I just felt underwhelmed. The shank itself couldn't have been more than 6-8 oz., and then to top it off, the flavor was underwhelming. While it was tender enough, it wasn't 'Fall off the bone' tender. Seasoning was practically nonexistent. I've eaten Osobuco a... read more
When ordering linguine and clams the pasta should be linguine not spaghetti and there should be more than 6 clams. Tasteless and oily
Of the 5 dishes we ordered for our table, only 1 was considered "good". My Bolognese was extremely dry, hardly any sauce on the pasta at all. We won't be going back or recommending it to friends. Our server, Jas I believe, had a lot of personality & was very attentive.
Very average. Veggie lasagna was swimming in chesse and oil. Linguine w clams tasted like it came from a can.
Disappointing meal. The food appeared way too quickly, wine was overpriced and the service was patchy. Far nicer places in San Diego to visit
