The lasagna was drowning in sauce, with very little noodle or cheese. We have eaten here for years, and this was the first bad meal we have ever had.
The food and ambience were good. Our waiter became annoyed with us at some point and was short and less than personable which negatively impacted our overall experience.
Waiter looks unhappy not attentive we had a customer at the bar. Tell someone that we had been looking for the waiter so the waitress came. The food had no flavor. Sad we didn’t have a good experience
Overall poor experience. Failed to live up to iour expectations and its past reviews. Restaurant came highly recommended from our hotel’s concierge. Service ,with exception of the hostess, was what you would expect at a food restaurant. Server was rushed, inattentive , and lacked follow through. Felt like we were a bother and not a guest. Chicken Parmesan disappointing. Very, very small portion. Nothing special about the menu. Good service.
The mussels and clams were so small. The food came out before the drinks.
Mashed potatoes were cold and pasta was undercooked

Server failed to charge the happy hour appetizer price. Probably because I'm a tourist. I was dining from out of town by myself and the server did not tell me what I ordered might be too much for one person. Did not know they include a basket of bread with the meal. An appetizer plus a pasta dish is too much for one person. And the prices are not cheap. And when I didn't pack up the leftover food, the server made a dissatisfied look.
