I was looking forward to dinner due to the ambiance we noticed and led us to our Open Table booking. However, the food was extremely bland. We had the bruschetta, short rib ravioli and the bolognese. All of these dishes were disappointing and definitely not worth even half of what we were charged. The highlight of the dinner was the basket of bread. It was actually quite good. I would recommend finding another restaurant if you are wanting authentic Italian food.
As a downtown resident, we came here for Father's Day with my parents. I would not reccomend this place. If you are looking for real Italian food, Little Italy is the place. This restaurant unfortunately is a tourist trap and charges high prices for very substandard food. None of us really thought our meal was astouding, and for a family of four, paying $300 total, we expected much better. Take your business elsewhere- there are SO many other good spots than this one.
Outdoor seating is tricky with all the homeless around the restaurant. Food was okay but some items were brought out cold.
First time here… honestly was just ok. Pizza was so undercooked. Lasagna was super small and sauce too sweet. Drinks were good! Waitress was unfriendly until towards the end. Maybe just an off night for them 🤷🏼♀️
Food must be pre-made as it came out in 5 minutes after ordering. Chicken parm was horrible
Terrible and inattentive service. Food was awful. Started with appetizers that came out in minutes. Zucchini blossoms were cold and chewy. Stuffed mushroom was bland and watery. The free bread was good but burnt. My wife’s pappardele was chewy and mushy. She felt like it was old pasta that had been microwaved. The sauce was bland too. Awful service and food was served cold. Server gave us the wrong bill and chased us outdoors. We had to go back inside, credit our visa card and pay a different amount. Would not recommend!
Wrong meal delivered. Correct meal arrived pretty quickly. Chicken Toscano was awful. White meat very dry. Mashed potatoes watery. Menu not same as posted on Open Table. Restaurant very busy so service was a bit slow. Noise level so loud we could not have a conversation. I was very disappointed.
Pizza was excellent, Cesear salad just so so. Nothing special about it at all.
