Disappointing experience. Service was slow and inattentive. The risotto was watery, the chicken dry, and overall the food lacked quality. On top of that, the noise level was so high we could barely hear each other. Wouldn’t recommend.
Waiter was to preoccupied paying attention to other tables. Food was good for a tourist part of town

Ok experience. We had a large group on April 2nd, the waiter forgot to bring tools for lobster past special. And didn’t come back to check.

Waiter nice. But forgetful at times. Apps were messed up wrong order came out. Mix up on wine order. Mahi was overcooked and tough. Food otherwise was good. Wasn’t bad service. But needs improvement.

I recently dined at Osteria Panevino, and unfortunately, the food was a letdown. The dishes I tried were surprisingly bland and unremarkable. The flavors were uninspired and lacked depth, making for a thoroughly unmemorable dining experience. The presentation was average, but that's where the positives end. Overall, I found the cuisine to be very plain and boring. Perhaps with some revisions to their menu and cooking techniques, they can elevate their offerings to something more exciting.
The chicken parm is horrible the meat was grey and made my man’s stomach feel like cement and he’s now sick. Also the food was cold and everyone at the restaurant couldn’t finish their food we over heard the table next to us say that the food was horrible and crazy over priced. I’d rather eat rubber than that food ever again and that’s on baby
The biggest issue is that the pasta portions were extremely small, more like an appetizer than an entree. I ordered the ravioli al pesto and there were legit only 5 raviolis. We had to order a side of fries to feel like we had an actual meal. The food tasted good, but it came out literally 2 minutes after ordering so it was suspicious. Next biggest issue is that you can’t choose between outdoor and indoor seating and the outdoor seating is abysmal, but that’s a given for downtown restaurants. Our food was brought to us cold. The squash blossoms were terrible and actually inedible because they were super tough. You wouldn’t think that you could make swash blossoms be tough, but apparently you’d be wrong. Eggplant appetizer was cold, even though it was supposedly baked. Chicken Parmesan was nothing that it should’ve been. Spaghetti was terrible. It’s a shame because I really wanted to write positive things about this restaurant. 
It was nice, but when I came home, I found out that they had charged me double, the bill was payed twice from my account. They said that they would bring me a new bill, I put on tip, and they charged me for two bills instead of one. This is irritating, I have to use a lot of time, contact my bank and so on. C.Roppen
