They provided pop up tables that weren't stable and continously tipped over. The server had absolutely no care that we were there, couldn't clear our tiny table, keep our beverages going, did not offer condiments for our items or proper dining ware. We had to ask and wait 15 more minutes to get something to crack our lobster claws open with. The food is okay, but everything is not tasting good and it does not worth that price
The outside seating was nice in terms of the weather but the horrid singer in the bar next door and the cigarette smoke drifting from the same bar really soured the evening.
It was so cold outside and the restaurant had the door open and no heat. Everything else was very fair.
Food was exceptionally disappointing & lights very bright and they would not dim them at all. Waitress was excellent.
Service and staff were very nice and helpful. Food was horrible, Olive Garden does it better for half the price.
The service was terrible. There were four of us. Two of the four never got their beverages until food arrived. Of the four dinners, two were hot, the third was only warm, and the fourth was cool. Didn't bother to send anything back because it took the bus boy to even serve the meals. To add insult to injury, the bill came with an extra meal and an extra dessert charge which we had them remove. There are much plenty of other and better Italian restaurants in San Diego, that I would not ever go back to this one.
Not much to say. Food was meh, service was meh, and there was obnoxious music from the sports bar/bare bass chick bar across the street. Won’t be back.
Felt rushed by the staff and the food had no flavor.
