Realmente una mala experiencia. Pedimos unos calamares fritos y además de ser un plato muy pequeño, los mezclaron con camarones y calabazas. Se equivocaron dos veces de pasta. El plato de ravioli era extremadamente pequeño y al traer la cuenta nos quisieron cobrar un plato más caro del que pedimos. Y por si fuera poco, había una gotera encima de nuestra mesa y no les importó nada. Realmente no lo recomiendo. El peor restaurante italiano al que he ido.
They did not have our table ready at our reserved time. We had to wait 15 minutes to be seated, another 15 minutes just to get a drink. They only had one bartender working on a busy Friday night, which is ridiculous. My spinach salad with pomegrante dressing was gross and dry, but they didn't charge me for it. My Risotto Pescatora was amazing and my sister's Tortellini was very good as well. Overall, the food is delicious but the service is a problem.
I have never in my life felt so rushed in a restaurant. We ordered and probably 4 minutes later our food arrived. We ordered a chicken dish, so it was apparent it was not fresh. My lasagna was luke warm, a sloppy mess on my plate. Broccoli side dish was cold. Bread came after meal was halfway finished. The table next to me got their pasta dishes 14 seconds after ordering. This Has to be the worst restaurant I’ve ever been to in my entire life. The food was awful service was horrific and they ended up spilling a whole bottle of wine on my husband.
Unlike previous experiences, this time it wasn’t good at all. The food was bad and things took too long
I was expecting much more than I received. We had to sit on the road which was scary and smelly. We ordered the calamari and it was super big and very chewy much different from all the calamari I’ve eaten before. It needed like 5 more minutes to cook. I had pasta and shrimp. The dish contained 6 of the smallest shrimp I have seen which I was not expecting at all. Definitely not worth what I paid for it. My suggestion is to go somewhere else!!
Decor was dated. Service was decent, though somewhat slow. Appetizers were gross: clearly reheated and old. Meals were only redeeming part of the experience. I would not recommend or go back. Baffled by the high reviews.
They cross contaminated my friends food with peanuts and she began to have an allergic reaction, which ended up being fine she used her epi pen. Instead of checking on her the waiter rudely blamed her as he collected our dishes and said she should of told the waiter she was allergic to peanuts when their was no peanuts listed in her dish. Was not the time to do that and was not expecting the rude and uncaring service from the waiter from this type of restaurant. At least check on her!!
They had great reviews but this place was soooo busy…..everyone from hostess to busser to waiter was moving at the speed of light and just created a massive stressful environment from the beginning. Could not get refills or help on drinks and was the worst service EVER!! Took 2.75 hours for a meal with a noise level worse than a concert and a dull mind blowing bass pounding in the background music that just drove one literally crazy. Just terrible!!
