Unfortunately received the wrong dish, both meals were cold, and service was average. I wouldn’t recommend to others :(
I go out to fine dining a lot all over the world.and this was one of the worst restaurants I have ever been too. The carpaccio and burrata appetizers were fine except there was hardly any carpaccio. We then ordered three of the salads including the tropico and caesar. They were all extremely overdressed and i can honestly say they were the worst salads I’ve ever had in my life. The entrees weren’t much better. The risotto on the Osso Bucco was mush and inedible. The chicken parmesan was hard and old. Even the spaghetti was a... read more
We were wholly unimpressed with Osteria Panevino. The tables on either side of us arrived after us, but both got their bread before we did. When ours arrived, it was warm on the outside but completely cold in the middle. When they brought out new bread, it was warm but still didn’t seem fresh. The stuffed mushroom appetizer was deemed “not remotely worth the calories” by our whole table. The cioppino had chewy, tough calamari and a relatively flavorless broth. The lasagna bolognese was maybe as good as a frozen Stouffer’s en... read more
Bolognese was some of the most uninspired, watery and under seasoned I’ve ever had. Balsamic drizzle on everything does not make it fancy or better. Calamari had no salt. Gnocchi had WAY too much truffle. Risotto should be creamy.
Three occupied tables in the restaurant and they sat us all within ten feet of each other. I could eat off the plates of the table next to us without straining. Food was overpriced and not good. We literally asked for the bill after taking one bite of our entrees. Ordered shake shack to our hotel on Ubereats while signing the check
The good was not edible. The ragu was watery and flavorless. I’ve never had a ragu this watery. Pasta spongy. My wife hated her vodka dish. The salad advertised with pomegranates used craisins and kernels of corn. Based on prior reviews I was shocked. The worst Italian food I’ve had in my life based on expectation, value and quality. Olive Garden tastes better. I can make a better ragu, and I’m a horrible cook. Wow! Bad bad bad.
The place was completely full, servers were literally racing from kitchen to tables to serve food. Our food arrived approx 5 min after we ordered, so I guess everything is just heated up, not freshly cooked. I ordered a “pizza” which was more of a flatbread, neither the shape nor the taste of pizza. Pasta dishes tasted plain, no pepper nor Parmesan offered. Our drinks arrived halfway into the meal, we never got a chance to look at a desert menu or order a second drink. A completely hectic tourist trap I wouldn’t return to.
Disappointed with the food quality and taste . The place Used to be my favorite and much better before Covid. May be the chef has left the place and was replaced with a lousy chef. Service was good a bit slow but expected on a Saturday night ?
Food was stale. We had to ask for bread and it didn't come with olive oil. We had to keep asking the waiter to come over when we needed something (meaning he never checked on us). W For some reason the waiters kept screaming when they entered the kitchen which disturb me and my wife's attempt of a romantic dinner. Food was way over priced.
