Usually a good place they were so understaffed tonight is was sad. Over an hour to get our cold food. Horrible service and tasteless food (probably because it was so cold). They need to fix things...quickly.
given that its covid times, it was disheartening to see so many people crammed together so closely. I could reach my arm out and touch the person at the next table over and the waiters had to squeeze by the tables. What happened to six feet distancing? Food was slightly overpriced and bland. This place was a really fuster-cluck. Super loud, crazy, unorganized. We had reservations but had to wait 40 minutes for an acceptable table that wasn't a foot away from the busy walkway where all foot traffic was being funneled into. Bread was stale, tough; we didn't eat it. Server was so overwhelmed (poor guy) that he was just running past us, then throwing the plates of food at us and running off. Horribly rude and unprofessional hostess - never even sat down. Literally chases people out of the establishment because she was tired and probably wanted to go home. She should be fired immediately for the way she acted.
Food was lukewarm, wife swallowed a sharp object in her pasta that caused her pain. Restaurant did not comp the meal with sharp object. Too loud, too expensive.
Good pasta and main dishes. Salads were minimal. Not worth it for the money .
Horrible service for me, my family and my friends. I made a reservation table at 9pm and 9:10 they are told me that the kitchen was going to close, so I could order the food very fast. I don't come back and I don't tell anyone to go there.
The food was very good, albeit pricey. I would have appreciated a little less in portion for a more reasonable price. The specials were $45-49... making it a $65 meal with a cappuccino (no appetizer, no salad, no dessert, no alcohol). I like the decor and ambience, but this time, the doors were left open and cigarette smoke from the patio was strongly present for the entire meal. It was not warm inside...we all kept our coats on.
Too bright. Not good. Food was sub par. Calamari was gross and obviously older. Not fresh. Ravioli was meh. Employees licking their fingers and smoking weed. Lava cake was slimy and served with a tablespoon of frostbite nice cream.
