Haven’t had this bad of service in a while. Visiting from out of town (from Chicago) All the food was not hot. We did not receive bread until the middle of dinner. Asked for the heater to be turned on and it was fist until the end of our entree after asking two people to turn it on. Waiter never asked how our food was and was so disappointed.
The host was rude. The food was sub-par and overpriced. Our waitress was lovely! She was the best part of the entire experience.
Our first time here, and while the ambiance and service was great we encountered something that really put an end to the experience. While going to the back to use the restrooms you can see into the kitchen; there one person was working without facemask, while one waiter walked in, removed his mask, dipped his hand into a plate of salad (assumingly ready to go to a table) and ate, then moved onto picking some ingredients out from the prep area table and eating those. We were really put off by this. Pandemic and all.
It was good and our waitress was amazing but the pasta was over cooked and the muscles as well.
The food was delicious, but the servers took a very long time to come take our orders, then to put our orders and bring the food to the table. The food could have been warmer
The risotto was raw the fish and shrimp were old in their special and the gnocchi was raw worst food I have ever tasted and cost us 300$
Terrible customer service. The waitress looked the other way each time we needed something. After they heard us they took forever to bring whatever we requested, and our food got cold waiting. I order from the menu and asked the waitress if the dish was gluten free. She said yes. When I saw the fish floured and grilled and explained to her that it was not gluten-free. Food was so bad I couldn’t even order anything on menu a lot of people came looked at menu and left as well. I ended ordered just a salad and it came out like they just pour water as dressing tasteless! They didn’t have any decorations for valentines zero. They used cheap glasses for wines and cocktails. This restaurant ruined my Valentine’s Day. Would never come back don’t know how they have such good ratings. Do not come here!
The restaurant overbooked customers for Valentine’s on Saturday. Outdoor dining area was packed and we were maybe two and a half feet from other tables on both sides. I ordered the Pappardelle Ragu and pasta was overcooked and veal sauce was okay and bland. My boyfriend had the veal and it was a mediocre. Limencello cake was pretty good. Hostess and waitress were great and provided friendly and attentive service.
