Disappointing. Driest, most stringy chicken I’ve ever eaten. Incredibly overpriced. I wanted to like it, I just couldn’t.
Took way too long to get our food
Food was all bland and seafood was completely overcooked. Really disappointed - based on other reviews we had higher expectations. If it would have been one dish that would have been one thing - however, it was several starters and several mains.
It was my gf birthday as I said, and they didn’t bring out a cake or anything. First time on open table I have been disappointed.
Food was mediocre. The burrata appetizer was tasteless and watery, the salad was drenched in dressing (and the dressing tasted like bottled dressing you could buy at the grocery store), my lobster ravioli had close to zero lobster in it (I couldn’t taste it at all I only saw one shred), my fiancé pasta dish had uncooked garlic all over it and to top it off they tried overcharging us for the salad we ordered. Chicken was not good, looked like it was thrown together. Not very tasty
The service was very friendly but the food had flaws: grilled octopus was boiled and fishy and the daily special, veam chop was funky - we sent it back due to faul smell and, even though our server gracefully agreed that the meat was spoiled, the reataurant Just removed it from the bill with NO other compensation. Wine was a great barbera and out replacement dish, a pasta carbonara and truffled mushrooms were delicious. This place needs some serious management improvement.
Small place, very friendly server and nice atmosphere. The food was good, but the presentation looked a bit sloppy. I loved the vanilla gelato, though.
I was a bit disappointed in their Italian food. It was not as authentic as I was expected. It was more catered to American taste. For an instance, pizza is not as thin and too much cheese. Clamp was not as fresh. Tiramisu was not as good.
