RecommendedThe receptionists were incredibly friendly, helpful and kept us up to date on everything going on while our dog was attended to by the emergency staff. Communication was excellent with the technicians and veterinarian. Would highly recommend this group for emergencies.

RecommendedMy new mama kitty was very ill and I brought her newborns with me. They gave me a consult room so I could bottle feed the babycats and they attended to mom while caring for two critical dog emergencies. I spent the night there but came home with a mama on the mend and her babies.

RecommendedWe brought our puppy in for an emergency visit and they were very professional and nice. The service was great and they seemed really friendly and concerned about our pets life. They were very communicative and understanding. We did go in there knowing we had financial burdens and we couldn’t pay for too many things which we told them. They did give us extra X-rays for free which we were very thankful for. She did receive an injection though that we paid for without notice but thankfully it wasn’t too expensive. RecommendedFrom the minute we came through the door, we were met with professionalism and compassion. Our dog, Hazel, had a mass on her spleen that had started to bleed out. The team started care immediately, giving us clear information about the process and procedures of Hazel's treatment. After a successful surgery, Hazel is now home feeling like her old self. RecommendedWe took our dog in at 2:30 am with what we suspected to be an intestinal perforation. The staff and vets got her back immediately and were so good to work with. We came home with meds and instructions and she is on the mend. Thanks to everyone at OP Emergency Vet!
