I have had a critical system alert on my system for a few days. I went through the support and tried to restart my system, that did not resolve the issue. Unfortunately, with the holiday weekend, I wasn’t able to connect to support until today. I was able to talk to Sunny through the chat, which was very quick, a lot of the times with the chat. Very Helpful Customer Service, while my immediate problem was not resolved they answer all my questions with responses far beyond the normal FAQ responses you would expect. The Customer service representative provided Helpful contact information and it was much appreciated.
My app has error in it due to recent transfer. The customer service agent said they would make sure it's fixed in next 2 days so hopefully that happens. Ceiling was very helpful
We have dealt with our solar installation for almost 2 yrs now and Sometimes it's difficult to understand but palmetto support is always available.
We were dubious at first about trying solar energy. We live in a state known for far more cloudy days than sunny ones. But after listening to the presentation and having all my questions answered, we could think of no reason to say no… and we do not regret our decision in the least!
They have been more than kind and helpful. Would definitely recommend them to anyone wanting solar.

Palmetto made the whole process easy! They've been helpful when issues have popped up (life happens), and they get things taken care of quickly. I've heard horror stories about other solar companies, but Palmetto has been there when I've needed them.
Im from Los Angeles, the summer here is brutal. Having Palmetto has freed me from $1000 electric bill for running my AC all day long. I had a 4900 sq ft house, and I think having solar is literally a must. Keeps me comfortable, and the loan is only $220 per month. Great service, never had any issue in the past two years since installation.
