I love Palmetto - they have taken a such good care of us in our service needs around the solar array on our house. They reimbursed us for a repair of our stucco that was damaged during the installation. Then, when the system was down, they were very responsive to get our issue resolved and our system back up and running!

We got our solar system installed over 2 years ago it is working as good when it was installed.

Unlike some of the other companies I talked to, there was absolutely no pressure from Palmetto to sign on the dotted line. Mike was a true solar expert and answered all my questions thoroughly and honestly, making me feel really comfortable with the process. Even when I mentioned I was still exploring other options, they remained helpful and supportive. While I haven't made a final decision yet, Palmetto has definitely set a high bar for their expertise and no-pressure approach.
