Setting up with Palmetto Solar was incredibly simple. The representative walks you through the process and makes sure that you understand everything as you go. Most importantly, there is NO pressure. Everything is up-front and honest. All questions are answered. If you need more time to read the contract, they back off and give you that time, but stand by to answer any questions. When you are done they schedule your site survey and your Solar process begins!!
VERY PLEASED WITH THE SPEED AND EFFICIENCY
Palmetto seems to be a very solid solar company. My service was just activated in the last 10 days. Today they sent me an email to active my account. Diego in customer service was very helpful and provided guidance on setup and reviewed the data error, I am receiving and put in a ticket. Great work!! Great first impression and contact!!
I have had a great experience with the capability of the Palmetto Application keeping me up to date with my project and also informing me if there was an outstanding action for me to complete. I had one hiccup with the correct property loading on the customer side of the application but that is quickly being resolved and my project manager reassured me that the address on my file is correct.
Very easy and quick assistance from Cielo regarding my questions. Was able to use her instructions to resolve my concern quickly and easily

I called yesterday to update a change on my checking account. My call was answered quickly and I was routed to the correct department. In a matter of less than five minutes the update was done. The lady was very great to deal with. I wish all experiences were like this one!!

My inverter went bad after only 3 years and Palmetto was very quick in setting up with Sunnova and Solar Edge in getting the repair done. My reimbursement for the outage was handled within 24 hours using the email support through their app. Nothing but a pleasant experience from consultation and installation with Jesse through the recent repairs that were done.
