Martin went above and beyond to help us. He was always available to answer the dumbest questions, he worked fast with all the paperwork, and above all else, he genuinely cared about me and finding the perfect house for me. It took a long time to find my forever home, but with Martin’s patience, we were able to find it and the actual purchase was so easy. All I did was tell him I wanted it for this price and the next month, i was signing the paperwork. Thank you my friend, you are a great human being.

Martin is great to work with. He actually listens to your needs and personal criteria for a home. And then really tries to target options as close as possible to that. He's also very low pressure and does not come off in anyway as just wanting to sell a house (any house) to you. I have purchased 2 homes and sold 1 home with him and he has bent over backwards to make the experience as smooth and favorable as possible. I highly recommend him to anyone!
