Foggy picture window. I bought Stanek windows with a lifetime warranty. My main picture window is terrible. They will not honor the warranty but still advertise under the Stanek name. This is wrong. Do not buy from these thiefs. How can they sleep at night.

Our enclosed patio was purchased as a three season enclosure. However, the windows are so poorly designed that they allow water to enter the enclosure when it rains. Our previous enclosure at a previous home never had a water issue. That enclosure was constructed by Statewide Remodeling. Since they stopped doing porch enclosures, we were forced to hire Patio Enclosures. Now, they have tried to correct the issues with the porch many, many, times. We chose this company to build a two story porch addition. We started the process in Oct. In Feb we realized that this company had not completed the permit process and we had to go to our local permit office ourselves. There was no communication unless we demanded it. Throughout the three month installation process there were a large amount of problems, miscommunication, wrong materials sent, and frustrating phone calls. If I could give zero stars, I would. ************************* in *******, ** was our sales representative and he came out to our home in September of 2023. He went through the various options of a patio enclosure with my wife and I, which was fine. Towards the end of our meeting, he highly recommended a local contractor, since we were looking to turn our patio into an additional living space prior to closing it in. Terrible communication on up date on project. First they stated could work around existing structure. After signed contract, came back with measurements and said had to remove beams and cement blocks that hold up roof over patio. The work they did initially was good. However, the initial sales pitch indicated that if you needed more work done or needed to change anything in the future that they would be available. I had a porch installed last April and spent a good amount of money with them. Now, I need them to change out a door on their install (not even asking for it for free) and I literally cant get a phone call or email from their service department. Slow, slow, slow. Paid end of August 2023 with project not completed until end of April 2024. Would not commit to a project timeframe until pressured and didnt meet timeframe. Excuses that shouldnt have been given to a customer. Just fix the situation and make it happen! Lack of communication on progress and even hung up on me when I was disgusted. Do not waste your time with this company. Permits submitted 3/19. I had to call the City Hall to get the status of the permits which was 4/18 only to find out that on 4/3 this company was made aware of an issue. They did not call me I had to call them. The city does not allow for concrete posts and instead requires a full concrete foundation for our enclosed sunroom which we are not going to pay for. We have been in the process of installing ************ since September and are still fighting to get it finished. The product itself is outstanding . The structure and the capability of the structure installation team exceeds all expectations! We live in ******** which is apparently a new location for Patio Enclosures.
