Type of care was quick and easy. The office experience was amazing. The ambiance was happy and engaging.

I'm new in the area. I visited this office so far 3 times. Each time I had good and no so good things to share. However, I will continue taking my 3 boys there because Dr. Diéguez is an amazing pediatrician. I don't care about the rudeness of the check in/out staff nor the waiting time Bc I know my boys will be seeing by an excellent doctor.

Dr Diaz is great with my new born and they always have appointments for other doctors too if you really need to see one. Also if you don't like a doctor you tell them and they don't schedule with them again. Always fast and great service.
My suggestion is to look into the process of receiving plan of cares and getting them signed by doctors. The process takes more than normal time. The process can be improved with he help of their IT staff so that the faxes with their plan of care get automatically uploaded to the patient chart.
My family is grateful for the service we receive at Pediatric Associates and we love Dr. Diaz De La Torre and her nurse. So thankful that we are blessed to have her as our daughter's doctor. - Sandra C. Hialeah Gardens, Fl.
Dr Oglesby is amazing! She is so calm and easy to talk to, I know that whenever I take my son for a checkup she is going to give her unbiased opinion.

I love how kid friendly the environment is and how they have a sick and a well section for people to sit while waiting to be called in. We were seen with various doctors and by far Dr. Deborah Perez is whom we like the most. Dr. Perez is very nice, friendly, she seems very knowledgeable, and I like how she talks/tells us things (good bedside manner I guess). I say this because I'm a nurse and I've seen how bad doctors can be. Overall, I'm very happy with this Miami Lakes office, thanks everyone!
