Melissa, Shelby and Elouise did a great job removing all of the mats from my Siberian cat. They were quick and kind. I recommend them and I'll be back!
The staff here is always friendly and professional. I feel like our pets are always in good hands. We have been coming here since 2014.
My parents have been taking their pups to Pender Fairfax for years and sadly, that's where they said farewell to them. Pender sent paw prints and sweet messages of sympathy. Naturally, when I moved back to the area - they recommended the nearer newer Chantilly location for my own lab boys. I don't trust a lot of people with my dog, Pender gets 5 stars. They have taken great care of my shy puppy!! They have worked with her during daycare to improve her socialization and they were amazing as my first boarding experience too!! This place truly cares about animals and they are always so friendly. They also remember my dog - it isn't just another client. I am switching to them for Vet care as well because they know my dog!
Another successful stay at Pender for my Penny. This place is great and the staff is attentive and thoughtful. Wouldn't dream of boarding her anywhere else. Well worth the money for a suite with 24 hour closed circuit access. I'm very picky when it comes to my doggo.
Best dog daycare ever. Pender treats my dog as well as I would treat him, better, perhaps. The people there are great for me to deal with, even better for the dog. Not only does he love going to play with his did and human friends, but his behavior has improved since he started going to Pender. I cannot recommend pender's dog daycare more highly. They are great
We have been loyal customers since 1996 with our first rescue pup. 24 years and 6 rescues later, we dropped our 9 mos old puppies off on Sat for their first overnight. All went well. Drop off and pick up was contactless, organized and safe for us, the pups and staff. Comforting in these changing times that Mike and his crew have everything humming along.
We have always had a great experience with our Goldens at Pender. We give them an A+++. Like Ralphie!
This review is only for the doggie daycare as we haven't used the boarding or veterinary services. We started bringing our puppy for 1/2 day daycare when she was 5 months old so she could play/socialize with other dogs and other humans since she had extreme "stranger danger" with humans. She is a smallish dog (maxed out at 30 lbs) and was considered by them to fit their weight rules to play in the small dog group.
