After nearly two weeks here am truly impressed with the staff. Their concern and care had been excellent. They even smile and already know me by name. I'd like to recognize CNA Nancy C for her extra kindnesses and gentleness as well as staff members Sharon, Zack, Joe and Ernestine. When the administration said they were committed to PT and OT they were serious. Sunday is my only day off. Kudos so far to this facility. Promise to update as time goes on.

Being a patient for the last month after ankle surgery, PPA is the rehab facility to go to. This is my third visit to PPA during the past several years and I find the facility well kept and clean. The nursing staff,CNAs, and the physical therapy staff are highly professional and helpful. Special recognition should go out to Kimberly and Samantha in case management, Reese, Jodee and the other therapists who worked me back into shape. A great group of professionals. I have had nothing but great experiences with Peninnsula Post Acute. They have a very loving and helpful staff. My dealings with the case management department have been nothing but pleasant.

Thorough, friendly, and attentive staff make this facility a home for your loved ones during trying times. They take the extra step to develop a personal relationship with their patients as well as concerned families. I will recommend to any loved ones in need of care.

My wife spent 12 days in rehab care for a hip repair. I felt she received very good care. The bath room was a little small but every thing was well maintained and clean. The staff was very friendly and caring. The food was like home cooking. The PT staff did a good job of increasing her mobility and they have all the necessary equipment. The center has a bright cheerful atmosphere. Maybe they should have 5 stars.

It's not very often that a person wants to take a loved one to the Rehabilitation Center or Skilled Nursing Environment. However, it did become necessary for me to do this. I had never heard anything good about this kind of environment. After much research and hesitation I picked the Peninsula Post Acute Skilled Nursing Facility in Millbrae. Where to begin. When my aunt was first admitted to Mills Hospital, I went to go visit all the rehab facilities in the Burlingame, Millbrae, San Bruno/Pacifica area. My first impression of Peninsula Post-Acute. It's noisy, lots of busy bodies in the hallway, a lot of action and hustle. I inevitably decided on Post-Acute after the vascular doctor and nurse told me they would be able to visit my aunt at this facility and would have more eyes on her. Wasn't that the truth. The whole staff that works there is very sweet and kind always asking if we needed anything and helpful, takes not only good care of my grandma but our family even me when staying with her, its nice that they have activities there as well and includes the patients family to join in. This is where my grandpa stayed at before and only place my grandma will come to if she has to be in the rehab/nursing facility, they keep the place clean too.
