Fewer delays. The refi didn't require an appraisal but we went back and forth 2 times where I was notified "appraisal waiver lost" and I was immediately contacted by an appraiser to schedule an appraisal. We began the process in late November, I didn't close until March 8th. Originally, I was told "you might even close before the end of the year". Most of the people were nice and communicated well. However, there were mixed messages from different individuals that led to confusion.

Webb site is hard to use. I was dealing with 3 different people. If I did call ,anyone can help,not the person assigned to me. Called me one time, did not answer the call,didn’t recognize the number.

Stop the multiple request for documents. Speed up the process. Local banks do this in one month, it took more than four with PM. Give a list of documents needed and guidelines to follow in the beginning instead of the customer having to learn as they go…the hard way.
