Kayla and Sarkis were great. The process itself was horrible. No one knowing what the progress was with my loan, No one knowing why it took almost 4 months to complete, No one knowing why i the first appraisal was not approved, No one knowing why it takes 2 weeks to update information. Just overall poor aside from the Kayla and Sarkis. They are the only reason i didnt cancel this and go somewhere else.

I had a lot of problems determining requested documents and had to upload the same documents multiple times. I never spoke to the same person twice always someone new. I would have liked to have the phone number for Zannetta or Austin to be able to talk to them when I had questions.

De’loria was great. There were a few times documents were requested multiple times by other people. Not by De’Loria. Overall I was satisfied.
