Overall everything was great. There were some delays I hadn't expected, like hearing back about my paperwork being processed and scheduling an appraisal, and that felt a little sloppy. But no big worries about that. Honestly the most helpful person in this whole experience was a woman who called to schedule my closing. I wrote down her name but then lost it. Professional service treating customer with respect deserved to maintain relationships, pennymac associates should never intentionally sabotage a timeline blocking progression of process in retaliation for failed duties taking frustration out on customer! Stop sending 20 emails a day requesting redundant documents and procedures with condescending statements failure to comply is customer fault.
