Jon is the MAN!! He was so efficient, friendly and extremely professional. I’ve closed a loan before but it had been a while so some of the documents I needed him to walk me through and he never made me feel dumb or rushed to get them in. I was so happy to get him on a 2’d loan back to back because he was so easy to work with. You need to give this man a raise! Lol I love penny max and will continue to tell friends and family about them!
From start to closing, everything about the process was incredible. All of my questions and concerns were answered and I closed 2 weeks earlier than expected, which was awesome! Thank you for a great experience!
