I loved how PennyMac really cares about their customers and reached out to me about refinancing and were able to get me from a FHA to conventional loan and the overall process was very smooth and efficient
Shay was very helpful.
The human relationships and timeline outlined made the experience great. The Home portal for uploading documents need to be adjusted. I followed the uploading process for documents and would still get request reminders to upload the documents. This became confusing and time consuming. However, once the team realized I was having the above issues, they had me email the documents directly.
Your loan application portal is confusing and often inaccurate. Nicholas did a great job, but your portal made it very difficult for all parties.
Great and easy process.
Pennymac was the best. Just professional all around!!!
