Application to closing process went smoothly. Weekly updates and online information helped communicate where I was at in the process and documents needed for refinancing. Overall, a great experience.
We received two calls from Shay, at which point we had already made all our Arrangements online, so those calls were kind of unnecessary.
She’s was going through a lot of family trauma and I’mfrustrated with whoever her supervisor was that didn’t step in to alleviate her stress and work load

My wife & I were on a time crunch to get to work. The original person assigned to do the closing was a last minute cancel and Mrs Southern came through to save the day.
