Things ran smoothly and quickly with no mistakes to stop the process. Very easy and pleasant experience.
The PennyMac loan officer and staff were extremely helpful and supportive. Answered all my questions and always got back to me in a timely order. Stuck with me in areas of documentation and the tools they used.

Marcia was great and helpful, so I answered most questions referring to her but as far as the overall experience with PennyMac, I have some complaints about Vireak. He lied to us multiple times regarding our closing costs. It took many phone calls and many days waiting for him to respond in order for us to get our closing costs lowered and he did not lower them to original amount he promised.
