Make sure you're sending the correct version of links to the information you're requesting. I was sent a link that the web customer service person I spoke with told me was from two iterations ago. That delayed me finishing the documents that were requested. My criticisms aren't necessarily of Jeffrey Johnson because I didn't actually speak to Jeffrey during the entire refinance process. Awesome service overall
From the beginning, our questions were answers promptly and friendly. Moving the process along was easy, quick, and fair. The overall experience was good.
Actually communicating with me. Returning phone calls. Having my actual loan advisor talk to me and not a different person every time.
Edward was very prompt to keep me updated throughout the entire loan process. He communicated via email and phone and was extremely clear regarding what I needed to do as well as what to expect and how long to expect each step to take. Edward was excellent to work with!
Sandrea was great, she was always upbeat and happy to talk andtook the time to explain. I would recommend her to anyone!
