Great experience. Made a difficult process easier to deal with. Staff were helpful and available.
I had a previously unpleasant experience in 2020 when we tried to refinance through Pennymac. This previous experience made up for it thanks to Kristina White. She was wonderful and reassuring.
There were minor hiccups, but over all I was kept in the loop with everything.
Made the refinancing process easy and straight forward
I have went though PennyMac twice now for home loans and both times were very easy. The staff always responded to emails quickly with the answers to my questions or could be reached by phone.
