Tanairy was pleasant and stayed on top of informing me weekly of the progress of my loan.

It was an overall good experience.
The short processing time was awesome. Some of the "other" members of the PM team (not Collin) were unclear in their instructions and resulted in me having to make multiple calls and email inquiries to complete the loan.
The whole process was very smooth.
Closing was sooner than expected.
I have been trying to reach my "team" and can't seem to get them. There was a with-drawl from my bank account in the amount of $1719.4, my old monthly loan amount. I was told that there was not going to be a payment for February but would start in March 1st with the new monthly loan amount. I need my account credited with the $1719.41.
