The process went fast but I felt that the original person I spoke to was not totally clear about the offer. Later on, fees were added for many things that were not explained to me. For example, the lender pays for certain fees, those fees should not be factored in the original offer. Overall the process was good but I didn't feel comfortable with the final numbers and how they calculated the numbers that made up the offer that was given to me.
Process got better when I started working with another person. Would never work with Dane or his team again.
Polina was helpful and did her best to get answers for us.
