Being an existing pennymac customer I feel things should have moved along a little quicker
Ms Rodriquez is the best csr I’ve dealt with her attention to detail and overall mannerism saved this deal with me after having an unpleasant experience previously with one of your loan officer.
Jocelyn was great and was on top of everything but the company as a whole needs to coordinate better. Throughout the whole process I was receiving daily calls from Pennymac. Half of them were soliciting me to refinance (not knowing I was) and the other half were asking for documents or updates about things that I already talked to Jocelyn about.
She was great
