Lets see. My Interest rate is higher than advertised and I was told by another person who is hopping around that your company would match anything that was offered to her. I am at 3.75 and you are offering her 2.85 we work at the same job I have $20,000 more income than she does. Did you really even try.... Closing costs were tragic.

There was not a single hiccup in the process and he was very professional.
From the onset of the process, I was very pleased. My first contact was Yazan Abalouli (sp.?), who is a very pleasant, professional young man. I was very comfortable with Yazan as he came across as a very caring and compassionate individual. He was very patient and didn't seemed bothered by my lack of knowledge and/or numerous questions. Everything worked as related to me
If Paul would have listen to me I would not have been out of 78K which is lost in the system somewhere. He was not cooperative on many levels he just was looking for the easy out not serving the customer. I had much better experiences in the past with PennyMac but this was the worst. I am so disappointed in your company at this point and Paul made what should have been a tremendous experience a nightmare and I am still suffering
