I had a great experience
Blake was great. But we were not able to close the day originally planned because of the error on the CD. The document was supposed to be sent to us ahead of time to review it and we would have caught it ahead of time and that would have avoided the delay. Then no one called us to tell us what need to do next after the delay of the closing and I had to call multiple times to get an answer. Generally, I am happy but it was a little frustrating.
Your associates answered their phone or called back in a timely manner when I tried call them. Costs associated with loan were exactly what was quoted and nothing more.
