Quick and easy closing process
process was executed in a timely manner and portal made everything simple, someone always answered my calls if I had any questions.
As with all major financial decisions, I had many questions and concerns about re-financing options. The MAC Team provided very detail information on my options and once the process was started, they assisted me through all data collection requirements. They were always available for clarification during the entire loan application journey. Thanks for giving me your best !!!
Faiza was great! Unfortunately, paperwork got delayed from the title company and even though I did everything I could, our closing was delayed almost 2 weeks which really messed with our schedule. I was also given miss information in regards to a couple of repairs that needed to be done, which played a big part in delaying our closing. Overall, it was still a good experience. Faiza personally was amazing, very responsive and on top of things. Would definitely work with her personally again!
