PennyMac representatives did all the work and kept me informed. This VA streamlined process is fantastic, extremely happy I did it. My original loan was not with PennyMac, but was purchased by them. I haven’t had any reason to be disappointed with the service, communication, and prompt responses. I have had other mortgage companies and they constantly were selling my loan, this makes four years with PennyMac, I certainly hope they are here as long as I need a mortgage. Thanks PennyMac.
