I started the re- financing process with Brittney Hinson( Loan Officer ). She was extremely helpful with the process, very pleasant and very pleasant to to deal with. Process from start to finish was very easy.
only issue is: Penny Mac was to buy out my mortage loan through MT&T but MT&T still took out mortgage for the Month of Jan 2022 when my closing was Dec 24, 2021. I thought I would not have to pay mortgage again until Feb 2022 through Penny Mac

Juaniesha was very hard to understand, not very friendly, was not personable. Seemed like she was just going through the motions, saying what she had to say with unpleasantry and detest for the situation. Refinancing was supposed to be exciting, but working with her was a hassle and burden.
