I already sent an email in regards to the loan process and how dissatisfied I was with the "Underwriting" process. The lack of communication and often times being different than what someone else told us was disappointing as well. It was as though the left hand didn't know what the right hand was doing the entire process. Not too mention the difficulties of proving income/etc. For someone that is "self-employed." I was impressed with the professionalism of the PennyMac team. Their website was pretty intuitive and easy to use. The team communicated the status of my loan application frequently and helped everything stay on track for a timely closing.
Great, easy, streamlined
Giovana Oliveira name disappeared from my open loan home screen ( not sure if she left ) While she was there communication was good. Had an issue with the closing costs and taxes ( it was all correct). Michael Kinney did a great job explaining after the fact so all resolved 100% stratified

The team of people that helped me get to closing were friendly and helpful. There was a small issue that arose with my loan but they corrected it in a timely manner and I was able to close on time. They communicated with me often and were very responsive. The process went very smoothly!
