Lot of miscommunication
Anytime I had a question- Kyle promptly responded. He was always helpful and explained every step and status. It was great having the same person to communicate with me throughout the whole process.
We thoroughly enjoyed working with Kelvey! He kept on top of everything! He was always so kind, courteous, and personable and available to answer all questions at anytime - very rare! He also kept all his promises to call or provide information - also very rare! He went over everything so we knew exactly what was happening and what we were committing ourselves to. I would highly recommend PennyMac solely based on our experience with Kelvey!! He deserves a huge raise!!!

On several occasions we reached out to make sure that all needed documents were accounted for and in the format necessary, only to recieve an email 24-48 hours later stating that our documents were not to standard and that immediate actions were to be taken otherwise the refinancing process would terminate. In addition, I had to explain my employment situation several times to several people. Better communication between your Team Members as to what was promised via Lender credits, payoffs, etc... It took 3 times to get the payoff correct
