Communication was mostly one way. My questions concerns were mostly ignored. Emails I sent were ignored by whole team.
The process from start to finish was painless. Joseph was knowledgable and polite. He answered all questions or concerns in a timely matter.

Elizabeth was great, unfortunately she was not my contact through this whole process. I actually started the process several months again and thanks to poor communication my loan application was closed a few times. That was very frustrating. Had the whole process gone as well as this last loan application and the communication/responsiveness from Elizabeth, I would be totally satisfied.
