Our experience across the board was Outstanding. Starting with Todd Haynes, then continuing with Meghan Kearney, and finishing with our Closing Notary. Todd did a Great job in the initial phase of proving us the answers on whether or not to refinance, and which route, a 15 or 30 year loan. Once we were all in, Meghan did Outstanding job getting us through all the documentation. Even the Notary that came to our house for Signing was Professional and Proficient. Overall - Outstanding!
Meghan was excellent in being available to all questions that we had. She is very personable and we connected with her easily. From start to finish our mortgage experience was quick, easy and went smoothly. I give credit to Meghan to her attention to details and knowledge.

Everyone working with us on new mortgage promptly returned our calls. I never felt like I was a nuisance asking too many questions.
Juan Cueva made the difference this time around. He responded quickly and personally to every inquiry and explained issues well. Our only complaint was in the PennyMac dashboard system that kept asking us for documents we had already sent. Also, the system is difficult to use and is not very user friendly. I think your programmers need to do focus groups with homeowner users and see just how the dashboard functions from our point of view. TINY TYPE in light grey is not easy to read.
This is our second refi with PennyMac. It has been an easy process both times. Everyone is so helpful and the process is seamless. I have referred family and friends to this company because I trust them.
I believe the overall process was quite easy. Everyone communicated their needs clearly and all of our questions were answered very quickly. PennyMac"s loan department personnel were just amazing and very helpful with anything that we needed.
