The process was smooth and closing on time
I would appreciate loan officer knows/learns the background and understanding of customers, by asking fair questions, rather than reading out or explaining the same/long stories again and again. It is time consuming, frustrating to hear the known facts again & again, and don't feel like to asking for additional information. Looking for more support and just not an automated prompting person.
I had my current loan with Pennymac and wanted to refi for the lower interest rate. The process was very simple and with minimal effort from me. Super pleased. Only disappointment is that a coworker refi'd with his current company and they did not charge him all the funds as it was already the same company. Had hoped for that giant courtesy, but still pleased with outcome and monthly savings.
Friendly and helpful on a professional level. Expeditious action at every stage. Very satisfied with excellent services provided by our team.

The redhead acne was quick and easy. A small set back due to COVID but managed closure within a month of projected.
Everything went smoothly. There were a couple of e-mails that asked for documents that were not needed. but I think those were computer generated. Most of the work was done by phone and computer combined which worked very well. Talking person to person with the agent while we were on our computers made it very easy to give the needed data, or fill out/sign the needed forms .
It was an easy process with nearly no glitches. Everything was straight forward and truthfully, Merry Christmas!
