Sirenna did an awesome job at communicating. She let me know that we would only touch base once every Thursday so that I wouldn’t be bombarded with calls, and she called right on time every Thursday, and helped with the adjustments I needed to make. Thank you!

Overall easy process and good communication. There was a small disconnect between initial disclosures and final processing of the loan refinance and the delay with the loan showing caused some issues with my escrow payment being received by my flood/home insurance, but it seems to be resolved after the loan went through.
