My PMac team stayed in constant contact with me throughout the entire process.
The initial start of the loan process was not pleasant. We dealt with two individuals, but Mr. Jason Thomas proved to be the source of all of our issues and problems. The other individual did try to solve the problems but was not effective. At that point we dealt obligated to complete the process because our credit scores were affected. Ms. Meredith Wilson was very pleasant to work with and she got results. She got answers to our questions and was easy to contact. We will not refi with again.
PennyMac was extremely competitive and very efficient to work with. I would highly recommend them to anyone looking to either buy a home or refinance an existing mortgage.

A couple of emails at the end of the process were never replied to. Our closing documents misspelled my husband's name, which is one of the things I tried to correct before closing. He had to strike and initial every page that required his signature. I received phone calls at 7:15 am on a Saturday, but when I returned the call had to leave a VM and never received a return call.
Everyone that was over my refinancing process was great anything I needed to ask they was there for me and they got it done in a great time very nice and pleasant
Overall, I'd give them a 4. The process was simple. It did take longer than expected. I did have to apply twice, because of something that they did that I was not aware of. After that, everything went great
