Friendly and professional
Communication and overall service was horrible. I would not recommend PennyMac to anyone and feel they need more training to close loans they know nothing about. When, you ask to be transferred to another person and the response is ok, I will delete what has previously been done and you can start over is inexcusable...
Easy re-fi experience for the most part. Had a slight glitch on some Title review items that no one seemed to be able to tell us what the problem was, and that pushed our closing back a couple weeks, but it all worked out. No other issues. Jennifer Ovanda was always available to answer our questions, or she called us back very quickly. Thanks.
