Smooth and efficient service. Very thorough and accommodating.
Brianna was amazing she followed up promptly and consistently; answered all of my questions and was always pleasant. My only comment was the timing took so long over 4months for the streamline loan. Otherwise, it was a very positive experience and I would definitely stay with Penny Mac for any of my loan needs.
I don’t know if it was due to Covid. But there was a lot of miscommunication throughout the process. Unresponded emails, no calls back.
Great communication
John bent over backwards in taking care of me. He never seemed to tire of all my questions . H was not only professional in our dealings but was also very personable, considerate and all around kind . He and others represented their company very well. All were knowledgeable but when they did not know something they said so and that spoke volumes to my wife and I. We are glad we stayed with Penny Mac.
The refinace process was easy and quick. , Closed prior to the 60 days expected date. Application was straight forward right to the point.
