loan process took much longer than anticipated, it was easier when I bought my property than the refinancing. I was asked for document after document which I submitted promptly hoping this would accelerate the closing but it still took longer than I anticipated, I must mention that Erica Sanchez was very professional and she replied to my questions in a timely manner, I am guessing if I had gone with a local lender the process would have been easier.

Whole process was entirely too long. Multiple emails requesting things that had already been sent or e-signed. Different amount due at closing from what I was told at beginning of the process. Closing documents weren't sent to the closing person till morning of closing which delayed my closing.

James and Barbara were wonderful. At first, things seemed to be normal and easy to understand. However, after waiting for over 2 months, we began to become concerned. Barbara took my weekly calls of concern with patience and understanding. She did her best to answer my inquiries, so this is NOT a reflection on her customer service. The negative issues we experienced were having to wait a much longer period of time for the final approval than we expected and receiving little communication.

Everything was fine but 2 closings never happened, miscommunication from title co to loan processor. Finally closed on Dec 7 2020
