Communication Closing time frame Had to call multiple times to have my case file reviewed Refinance took too long - 5 months
My loan agent, totally dropped the ball. She made repeated promises that were never meet. The closing was postponed, causing me extreme inconvenience and cost. Her follow through was non-existent. My agent desperately needs training, and should not be in the position she is currently holding with Penny Mac.
