Great communication and transparency. Everything went smoothly and the loan closed ahead of time.
Even though it was a lengthy process (which we knew would be) they communicated with us very well. If we had any questions or problems they got back with us quickly and always answered any questions we had. It was well worth it and I'm glad we are with this company. The people are extremely nice and helpful.

Excellent customer service.
Given that I closed a mortgage in July of 2020 on a rental home with Wells Fargo in 4 weeks and it was a new purchase, we had expected this to go better. We were lied to by the loan person, they never listened to us and requested documents that made no sense (my pay stubs when I'm on disability) then they changed the requirements after I got mad. Said had I had to pay off a tax bill due in many months, I just said no and started complaining as loud as I could. This is the worst process, ever.

I’m a previous PennyMac customer and believe they execute such exceptional service I decided to refi with them. Even though the process was lengthy, she assured me everything is in order and was available to answer every question I had. I would strongly encourage anyone that I know to consider PennyMac when looking for a home loan.
